Are your products handmade?

Yes! All of our products are handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. This allows us to focus on quality and create products that feel personal and thoughtfully crafted.

Why may my handmade product look slightly different from my previous order?

Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur from one batch to another. Factors such as temperature, ingredient sourcing, and the handcrafted process can all contribute to these differences. Rest assured, the quality and performance of the product remain the same.

How strong are your fragrances?

Our fragrances are designed to be balanced — noticeable, but not overwhelming. Fragrance strength can vary depending on the scent itself, as some fragrance notes are naturally lighter or stronger than others. We aim to create a pleasant scent experience that complements the product without being overpowering.

Why does my body powder sometimes need to be shaken before use?

Body powder is a lightweight, dry product that can naturally settle during shipping or storage. A gentle shake or squeeze of the container helps loosen the powder and allows it to flow more easily. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the product.

Are your fragrances made with essential oils or fragrance oils?

We use a combination of high-quality fragrance oils and, in some cases, essential oils to create our scents. Fragrance oils allow us to offer a wider variety of unique and long-lasting scents, while essential oils are used when appropriate for their natural aromatic properties. All fragrance components are carefully selected for  skin safety and performance in our products.

Can I request extra fragrance in my body powder?

We understand that everyone has their own scent preference and we are happy to accommodate requests whenever possible. However, please keep in mind that adding a large amount of additional fragrance does not always make a lightly scented fragrance smell stronger. Because body powder is a dry product, adding too much fragrance can affect the texture and may cause the powder to clump, making it more difficult to dispense. We carefully balance fragrance levels to maintain a soft, silky powder that flows freely from the container. If you prefer a stronger scent experience, we recommend selecting one of our naturally stronger fragrance options rather than adding a significant amount of additional fragrance to a lighter scent.

📦 Shipping & Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders take about 1-3 days to process. Longer around the holiday season.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order is already processing, then it may not be changed. You can add on to our order but you may not be able to cancelled. If we have not processed your order, we can cancel and issue a refund.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

We may ask for you to take photos, contacting you, replacements, etc. and we can go from there to have your items replaced.

How should I store my handmade products?

Products away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.

How long do your products last?

Shelf life should be around 6 month to a year depending on how you store your products. Please keep in mind that that these are handmade at the time of your order. None of our products sit on shelves prior to your order

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Everyone’s skin is different and patch testing is recommended

We carefully select quality ingredients for our handmade products and strive to use ingredients that are gentle, effective, and thoughtfully chosen. Many of our products contain naturally derived ingredients, such as plant-based oils, butters, and skin-loving ingredients selected for their beneficial properties.

Some products may also contain cosmetic-grade ingredients, preservatives, or fragrance oils when needed to ensure product safety, stability, performance, and a pleasant user experience.

Are your products made with natural ingredients?

We carefully select quality ingredients for our handmade products and strive to use ingredients that are gentle, effective, and thoughtfully chosen. Many of our products contain naturally derived ingredients, such as plant-based oils, butters, and skin-loving ingredients selected for their beneficial properties.

Some products may also contain cosmetic-grade ingredients, preservatives, or fragrance oils when needed to ensure product safety, stability, performance, and a pleasant user experience.

Are your products preservative-free

Yes, some of our products do contain preservatives. Any product that includes water (such as lotions, creams, or mists) requires a preservative to help prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and yeast.

We use Optiphen, a gentle, paraben-free and formaldehyde-free preservative, to help keep your products safe and stable while maintaining their quality.

Preservatives are an important part of creating safe skincare products. Without them, water-based products can spoil quickly and may become unsafe to use.

Products that do not contain water, such as powders or oil-based items, typically do not require preservatives.

What if I don’t like the scent I selected?

We understand that choosing a fragrance online can sometimes be difficult because everyone experiences scents differently. A fragrance that is a favorite for one person may not be the perfect match for another.

Because our products are handmade to order and fragrance preference is personal, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based solely on scent preference.

We encourage you to read the fragrance descriptions carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend trying a smaller size first or reaching out to us with any questions — we are always happy to help you find a fragrance that best matches your preferences. Or you can request a sample of the scent with a order. I would be happy to send you a sample.

Do you offer samples?
