Why does my body powder sometimes need to be shaken before use?
Body powder is a lightweight, dry product that can naturally settle during shipping or storage. A gentle shake or squeeze of the container helps loosen the powder and allows it to flow more easily. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the product.
Are your products preservative-free
Yes, some of our products do contain preservatives. Any product that includes water (such as lotions, creams, or mists) requires a preservative to help prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and yeast.
We use Optiphen, a gentle, paraben-free and formaldehyde-free preservative, to help keep your products safe and stable while maintaining their quality.
Preservatives are an important part of creating safe skincare products. Without them, water-based products can spoil quickly and may become unsafe to use.
Products that do not contain water, such as powders or oil-based items, typically do not require preservatives.
