Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 days of receipt. During busy holiday seasons, shipping may take 2–3 days.
Shipping Address: We use the PayPal shipping address for all orders if PayPal was used for payment. If you need your item shipped to a different address, please notify us. Using PayPal for shipping allows us to process orders more efficiently.
Please be sure to verify your address on file when checking out to avoid shipping delays. It is EXTREMELY important to make sure your shipping address is correct.
• If you have already checked out and your address is incorrect, please notify me ASAP
so that I may correct the address manually before shipping.
• If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address that you have supplied
(like a previous address) and USPS has returned the package to me, I will contact the customer to issue a refund for the items only. If you want the items reshipped to the correct address, the customer will pay for the return shipment.
Shipping Costs: We understand that shipping costs can be a concern. We strive to offer reasonable rates and always use flat rate shipping boxes to keep costs down, especially for customers on the West Coast. Each shipping price includes tracking information and handling fees.
Delivery Confirmation: Please note that if USPS tracking states that your package was delivered, we cannot replace the package. Often, packages marked as delivered may be at a neighbor's house or with apartment management. Check these locations if you do not find your package.
Theft: If delivery confirmation states that your package was delivered, we cannot replace parcels that have been stolen after delivery.
Replacement: We will only replace items if items arrive broken, wrong order or leaking.

Estimated Delivery Times
All packages are shipped using USPS:
- USPS Ground Now (small to medium items): Typically 2-5 business days. Most packages arrive within 3 days, depending on your location, but some may take up to 5 days.
- Priority Mail (packages over 13 oz): Typically 2-3 business days.
Did Your Package Arrive Late?
Unfortunately, I do not have control over the shipping times for your order. Shipping times are managed by USPS, and during busy times of the year (especially around Christmas), the Post Office can be extremely busy. Please place your order early to allow plenty of time for processing and shipping. Refunds will NOT be issued for orders that arrive late due to delayed shipping.

We use USPS for all shipments. UPS will be available soon as an additional shipping option.
Insurance
Insurance is optional and can be added at an extra cost.
Important Note
If the shipping confirmation states that your package was delivered, we will not replace it. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure to avoid any issues with lost or stolen packages.
