Returns and Refunds Policy

At Udora Body Care, due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Lost Packages

If your package has not been delivered and USPS tracking indicates it has been missing for more than 10 days after shipment, we will replace your order. Please note that we have encountered instances where packages were marked as delivered but were not received. In such cases, we ask for sufficient time to confirm the package is indeed lost before issuing a replacement.

Replacement Policy

We will issue a replacement package under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: If the tops or jars are broken or loose due to our error.
  • Leaking Products: If your product arrives leaking.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake with your order.
  • Lost Items: In some cases, seriously lost items will be replaced.

Canceled/Changed Orders
